一、Airline

1. Responsible for maintaining ship owner relationship and understanding market situation;

2. Regularly conducted market research, analyzed, sorted out, released and updated airline freight rate information to business departments;

3. Formulated airline business development target plan, guided, organized and assisted the work;

4. Standardize business processes, organize, supervise, promote implementation and control risks, assist customer service personnel to solve unexpected difficult problems in operation and ensure service quality;

5. Maintain relationships with shipping companies, shipping agents and peers, establish good channel relationships and promote the development of shipping lines;

6. Control the risk control of the department.

二、Customer service

1. Acting as an agent for international freight business, providing import and export enterprises with international logistics services such as customs declaration, inspection declaration, ship booking and container transportation;

2. Responsible for FCL and LCL business, docking with the fleet and the warehouse, and handling the packing list.

3. Responsible for customs supervision business and bonded warehouse business, providing quality storage services for import and export freight forwarding enterprises;

4. Familiar with the basic operation of the background, able to coordinate the work of other departments.

三、Foreign trade salesman

1. Master the process of international freight forwarding, the port shipping schedule and freight rates of major international routes;

2. Understand and make full use of the company's advantageous freight rate platform to comprehensively look for customer groups;

3. Develop direct customers or peer customers, develop marketing plans and seek cooperation opportunities;

4. Develop customers through telephone, field visits, building sweeps, exhibitions and other channels, obtain customer contact information, and timely reply to customer inquiries

5. Complete other tasks assigned by superior;
